No, Easihold is not designed to support furniture, particularly those with isolated point loads. It may work with wider base loads, but results vary.
Yes, Easihold can be used on mulch.
Yes, but due to their size and shape, we recommend them for decorative purposes only, not for walking surfaces.
Easihold is effective at depths up to 25mm, with 20mm being the ideal depth.
EASIHOLD is water-based and non-toxic. It's pet friendly and completely permeable, so water drains right through!
Easihold dries clear (but is milky in large quantities) and will not change or add a colour to your stones. However, Easihold will bring out the natural colour of the stones - which is often interpreted as a change in colour. If you want to see how Easihold will change the colour, you can add water - the final result will be similar!
Weather & Durability
For best results, Easihold should have 48 hours of dry weather to cure properly.
Easihold is air-drying, so avoid over-saturating the area. Allow 24 hours for the first coat to dry before applying a second coat.
With a proper application on a stable, free-draining base, Easihold can last 24 months. Annual top-ups are recommended.
Yes! Easihold is completely UV stable and will not degrade under sunlight.
Easihold is a water-based product and should not be fully submerged in water for long periods. Ensure proper drainage to prevent breakdown, and consider annual top-ups.
Product Storage & Cleaning
No, we don’t recommend jet washing, as high pressure can damage the bond. Instead, clean with warm water.
Yes! Dirty or silty stones can prevent a strong bond. Wash your stones before application and allow them to dry completely.
Unopened: 12-month shelf life. Opened: Store in a cool, dry place to extend usability.
No! Easihold is a water-based product and is not flammable.
Coverage & Application Methods
No! Easihold can be applied using a standard airless sprayer.
Pour-On Application: 5m² (53 sq. ft.) per coat. Spray Application: 10m² (108 sq. ft.) per coat
Yes, Easihold is SUDS compliant and leaves stones permeable for drainage.
For the strongest bond, use stones between 4mm and 10mm in diameter. Stones up to 15mm can also work, but larger stones reduce bonding strength.
Larger stones like 20mm aggregate can be bonded but may not be suitable for foot traffic.
